Saya is back for the hunt!

October seems to be our lucky month.First ,the news of South Park getting back on air and now this.How can i say this without obvious glee??Saya is back,this time in a full fledged serial!Yippee!!The news is as follows-The Blood TV (Edit: Called Blood+) series has been scheduled for 6 pm Saturday on TBS starting in October. This is the prime time TV slot that has been previously given to extremely popular series such as Gundam Seed and Full Metal Alchemist.
3 Manga Series Related to Blood+ is to be Serialized in Separate Magazines as a lead up to the upcoming Blood+ TV series, 3 completely different Blood manga series will begin serialization in three different Japanese magazines.The first, by Asuka Katsura, will premiere in Beans Ace Magazine volume 1, on sale July 8th, and will take place during the Russian Revolution. The next series, by Kumiko Suekane, will start in the September issue of Monthly Shonen Ace, on sale July 26th. The third series, by Hirotaka Kisaragi, will start in the September issue of Ciel Magazine, on sale July 30th.
As you can see we have a long wait before we get the translated manga in our hands but we can wait...as for the other question in your minds probably,the Blood+ series is a prequel.Saya does not look the same as she did in the film.This is how saya looks like in the upcoming serial.

P.S-For people who dont know Saya Otonashi and what Blood: The Last Vampire is-watch it already!What the hell are you doing wasting time??Still need convincing??Blood: The Last Vampire has been animated by the same group which created Ghost in the Shell,Kill Bill: Vol. 1,Jin-Roh and Innocence: Ghost in the Shell 2.Need i say more??
