Hiatus

Needless to say that my self imposed hiatus has been more due to my laziness than any other reason. I have been keeping busy- finished reading the His Dark Materials trilogy, romancing, making a quick visit to Delhi and then went to Mumbai to finish my short films. Mumbai was a revelation but not exactly a good one. Finding a place to stay was an utter nightmare. Thank god for friends.

Watching your own film being screened in a theater for the first time, I must say is a very surreal experience. Your ears are attentive, trying to listen to whether the handful of people attending are making any comments. Although most of them are just crew members or people from Adlabs or friends who wouldn't be too harsh. And lets not forget the nagging feeling that you have done quite possibly the worst work of the millennium and the other voice saying, its not that bad...its okay! Yes ladies and gents I have come down with yet another bout of the crazies.

I have also been staying at the campus on weekdays which has drastically reduced my access to the internet. Which would explain this communication ban of sorts. But I am trying to get back on track in terms of keeping in touch with everyone. Lets see how that works out! For some reason I feel quite at a loss for words , so I will keep this update short. Took some photos, so will just upload that. See you soon. As usual, bouquets and/or brickbats are in demand.
